Dal Forno Romano Wine Dinner
Tre Dita welcomes renowned winery, and special guest Marco Dal Forno. Join us Monday, October 14th at 6:30 PM for a four-course dinner featuring these remarkable wines alongside our famous pasta and Bistecca alla Fiorentina.
The Dal Forno family has been making wine since 1983. Romano’s vision is to see Valpolicella and Amarone stand tall among the world’s best wines. The estate is located in “Val d’Illasi,” to the east of Verona. The Valpolicella Classico zone to the west is home to generally traditional winemaking styles, while the east has cultivated a philosophy of innovation. The winery is well-known for a number of superior wines that range from the region’s famous Valpolicella Superiore and Amarone to unique bottlings such as Vigne Seré, a passito dessert-style wine.
